Macromolecule extractions & high throughput assays
Extractions of macromolecules, DNA and RNA for genomic analyses are services that we can provide from small to large populations. High throughput methodologies can be provided. We have experience with samples from non-invasive samples (eg. bird feathers) to complex samples (e.g. fungal pathogen in trees).
Analyses & bioinformatics tools assays
Data generation from Sanger / NexGen sequences to fungal pathological morphology identification to genotyping with SNPs for population genetics analyses, we can provide services in generation of genomic data sets, metabarcoding and transcriptomics.
